We came here for lunch and we’re surprised it wasn’t busier! The service was excellent and the food was even better!! My husband and I both agreed that this was by far one of the best places we ate at while in CDMX! Definitely recommend coming and trying some Indian/french cuisine you will not regret it!

Wow! What a great experience from start to finish. Who said you can't create big flavours in a small kitchen!? Pargot's kitchen is no bigger than 10 sq m - but boy the food that comes out of it is delicious! Our favourite was the clams in hoja santa mojo / Green chili emulsion / Kosho / Corn miso / Melon and sake sorbet / Clarified tomatillo and cucumber water / Mint oil / Tlayuda! Perfect balance of flavours. The place is also really nice and small. Like a quiet get away from the business of Mexico City. Our waiter was super knowledgeable about the food, you can tell he was just as passionate about it as the kitchen was. And super friendly too. A dining experience ripe for a star! Gracias!!

Testal has become an absolute gem at their downtown location. It’s like the oasis needed in a hectic area of CDMX. Had to start my meal with a nopales salad and also had to try their season special, Chiles en Nogada!! That I can confirm are the best in town! Thank you everyone at Testal for making my meal a memorable experience!!
