Good Spanish food restaurant with several interesting rice dishes cooked in various Spanish styles. Good quality tapas. Very fresh oysters. Service very attentive. Two nice terraces to hang out.

This place is special. Thankfully not over run like many of its counterparts, but get there soon because once people find out how incredible this place is, it will be hard to get in. 5 stars across the board… food, service, ambiance… and unlike so many places that replicate one another, Sarde is unique. Small and fun for a group or perfect for an intimate setting.. and the staff there are impeccable. Maryana at the bar with Monserrat were amazing and made us feel like we were royalty and like they had known us for years. It was so good we wanted to go back the next day. Will most certainly eat here every time we come to visit Mexico City. Can’t wait to get back!!

Lardo serves breakfast with egg dishes like croque madame and sandwiches. For dinner, choose from a number of small plates like ham, cheese and salads. There are also pastas, pizzas and grilled foods like octopus with chorizo, tuna, calamari, squid and beef. Desserts at Lardo include tiramisu and sorbets. Lovey hostess at the door, we asked for a quiet table and were accommodated. Rafael our server was excellent, friendly, helped answer menu questions, followed up, but didn’t hover. Food was well prepared and presented., Good value, sufficient choices for any guest. Very attractive interior, many open French doors looking out to greeery blocking view of traffic and some sounds. Comfortable chairs. Many singles and younger people ate at the long bar with a view of the wood burning oven.

This small and cozy restaurant is an absolute must-visit if you’re a fan of authentic Greek cuisine.
