We were pleasantly surprised at how great everything turned out. After other Casino steakhouses didn’t workout, we were skeptical. But my god they delivered with excellent service and great food. Couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back.

About the restaurant
Farm to table restaurant located on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, just steps away from the beach and the Mississippi Sound. Located in a gorgeous restored and updated beach front home built in 1905. We use locally sourced farm fresh ingredients to serve a menu that changes daily with availability of fresh ingredients as well as with the changing seasons. We offer craft cocktails, local beers, an extensive list of fine spirits and wines paired with a dining experience that is second to none.

Austin Sumrall is the Chef and owner along with his wife, Tresse. He was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America. White Pillars has been recognized and awarded in many state and national publications since its opening in 2017. Austin was crowned " King of American Seafood" in 2021 and nominated by the James Beard Foundation as a semi-finalist for "Best Chef South" in 2020. His specialty is keeping his menu fresh and ever changing with local ingredients and a worldly flare.

Had Teppanyaki reservation and had to wait a few minutes for table. Done on small table with only 4 so no view but Chef did a great job once he was able to get us. Service overall was slow and salads didn't arrive until with dinner due to a kitchen issue. Overall experience was still good and food tasted great as always. Just not overall up to normal standards for the place on this Saturday night.

IP has truly taken fine dining to new heights at thirty-two, south Mississippi's most sought-after dinner reservation. This AAA Four Diamond-rated restaurant offers spectacular views, delectable steak and seafood dishes, and the finest wine selection on the Coast.

Please be aware that beginning April 3rd we will start an elevator renovation project. This renovation will result in hotel elevators being out of service during your visit. Very quant, relaxing atmosphere. Over server was ver attentive to our needs and wants . The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. This was a great dining experience for my wife’s 50th birthday. We will definitely be going back.

Our experience from the beginning was amazing! The hostess was polite, informative and professional. Our server was friendly and helpful with all our questions. The singer was absolutely amazing and talented! We ordered appetizers, salads, entrees, drinks and dessert and every bit of it was top notch! Flavors were absolutely delicious!! We had a blast!!
