We frequent this restaurant while staying at the Scarlet Pearl hotel and casino. We ask specifically ask for and are served by our waiter Caddie. He is the best. Service is professional but personable , always has a smile on his face and serves at the right speed. Never a rush. He knows our personal preferences. The 2 singers make the ambience perfect. Food is high quality and steaks are cooked to perfection.

Tasting menu from a multi James Beard nominated restaurant; Our menu format is market driven "chef's choice" multi course tasting.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi, our establishment is a cozy historic house converted into a small restaurant. Our capacity allows us to serve a maximum group size of 4 at this time.

Join us in our culinary adventure; Owner chefs Alex (the husband from Mississippi Gulf Coast) and Kumi (the wife from Japan) create menus inspired by the seasons, preservation efforts, and whatever sounds tasty each day for our valued guests. We are a proud supporter of small scale local / regenerative farmers and sustainable seafood industry.

So please, let us cook for you. It is what we do best!

Note: please allocate minimum of two hours for dining. Menu modification due to food allergy may be accommodated with notice in advance (at least 48 hours) when possible, but not guaranteed. We are a small kitchen with shared equipments.

Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, Radish is a celebration of the agricultural spirit of the Gulf Coast and the unlikely connection between a charming coastal town and the humble root vegetable that put it on the map. Nineteenth-century farmers took advantage of the L&N Railroad and the opportunity to ship the fruits of their labor northward. The favored Yankee bar snack of the day was a long scarlet radish dipped in luxurious butter and coarse salt. The good times lasted until Prohibition, when local bars shuttered and demand for the Long Beach Red dried up. Today, Radish, led by Chef William Rester and team, embraces time-honored techniques and traditions to create an ingredient-driven menu that showcases what it means to eat and drink in the South.

Farm to table restaurant located on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, just steps away from the beach and the Mississippi Sound. Located in a gorgeous restored and updated beach front home built in 1905. We use locally sourced farm fresh ingredients to serve a menu that changes daily with availability of fresh ingredients as well as with the changing seasons. We offer craft cocktails, local beers, an extensive list of fine spirits and wines paired with a dining experience that is second to none.

Austin Sumrall is the Chef and owner along with his wife, Tresse. He was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America. White Pillars has been recognized and awarded in many state and national publications since its opening in 2017. Austin was crowned " King of American Seafood" in 2021 and nominated by the James Beard Foundation as a semi-finalist for "Best Chef South" in 2020. His specialty is keeping his menu fresh and ever changing with local ingredients and a worldly flare.

Everything was great!! I had the soft shell crab special and it was just great!! The Brussels sprouts were incomparable as usual, and the chocolate mousse was unbelievable!! Extremely well crafted drinks, attentive service, everything was great!!

Food was excellent as was the service! Great value for your dollar…the portions are huge! Prices are very good , my only negative would be the cleanliness of the restrooms (kinda my thing😬) not bad but room for improvement…..but we had a a great dining experience and will definitely be back!

I had the pork chop, and my wife had the lamb chops. Both were superb! It's hard to get a massive pork chop cooked to perfection all the way through like that. Kudos, Chef! Billy was a fantastic waiter! Last time I was here, the sprouts were superbly done in a bacon maple balsamic. Next time I will ask for it.
