Farm to table restaurant located on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, just steps away from the beach and the Mississippi Sound. Located in a gorgeous restored and updated beach front home built in 1905. We use locally sourced farm fresh ingredients to serve a menu that changes daily with availability of fresh ingredients as well as with the changing seasons. We offer craft cocktails, local beers, an extensive list of fine spirits and wines paired with a dining experience that is second to none.

Austin Sumrall is the Chef and owner along with his wife, Tresse. He was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America. White Pillars has been recognized and awarded in many state and national publications since its opening in 2017. Austin was crowned " King of American Seafood" in 2021 and nominated by the James Beard Foundation as a semi-finalist for "Best Chef South" in 2020. His specialty is keeping his menu fresh and ever changing with local ingredients and a worldly flare.

One of our favorite places to eat and enjoy wine. The food is excellent , price is outstanding and staff is extremely pleasant. They have a wonderful lunch menu served daily except on Sunday. We visit this restaurant every time we go to Gulfport.

We luckily found One Thirty One on our way to Biloxi for a quick business trip. The reviews looked good but we were more than surprised by the evening and dining experience we had. The manager and our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Recommended 2 dishes that paired well together as well as wonderful wines for each dish. We did a quick switch midway to sample both. Fantastic food and experience. It was a Sunday and pretty quiet so the whole night was relaxing and intimate but not a large place anyway. Our service and meals were top notch. Try the oysters too as an appetizer (Gouda and bacon topped). Good specialty cocktail list as well to start off. Would return in a heartbeat and thanks for a special evening.

The food and drinks were delicious. Everyone ordered something different and we all enjoyed our meals. Our server was great. Very friendly. The noise level was a bit loud, but only because of the location being inside of a casino.
