Quiessence is a fine dining, true farm to table restaurant located at The Farm at South Mountain, a 10 acre oasis by South Mountain. We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability. We offer tasting menus with the option of doing 3, 4 or 5 courses. The restaurant itself is housed in the original farmhouse of the property giving the restaurant plenty of rustic charm. Patio dining is also highly sought after when the weather is nice.

Such fresh and inspiring flavors grace the plate and please your palette. Staff gracious attention to service and an evening capped off with a tour of the kitchen and a freshly prepared bite of lemon sorbet. A perfect destination for any occasion.

Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The most consistent restaurant in Phoenix. Everything is prepared properly every time. Service is excellent. The steaks are butchered in house daily and that makes all the difference. The best!

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for a while now, and we finally got a chance to for our anniversary, and it was amazing. The food and drinks were top notch, I loved the ambiance and the music, and the service was excellent. I especially loved the whipped goat cheese with the chapati, which I would highly recommend as well as the puri piri wings, and the Dominican sour drink was my favorite. This was a wonderful date night out and we will definitely be back!!

Entire experience was excellent. Appetizer crab cakes were perfectly assembled and cooked, pillowy soft with a tasty sauce. Both the grilled filet mignon and scallops were also cooked to perfection, tender and delicious. We had a friendly and attentive server, who made sure we had a great evening. Don’t sleep on the Reese’s Pieces ice cream cake.
