Quiessence is a fine dining, true farm to table restaurant located at The Farm at South Mountain, a 10 acre oasis by South Mountain. We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability. We offer tasting menus with the option of doing 3, 4 or 5 courses. The restaurant itself is housed in the original farmhouse of the property giving the restaurant plenty of rustic charm. Patio dining is also highly sought after when the weather is nice.

Such fresh and inspiring flavors grace the plate and please your palette. Staff gracious attention to service and an evening capped off with a tour of the kitchen and a freshly prepared bite of lemon sorbet. A perfect destination for any occasion.

Flavorful dishes in a trendy environment. Loved our cocktails and the pork belly and egg clay pot. Was bustling on a Friday evening which made for a better experience. Can't wait to return. A great spot for Southeast Asian cuisine in PHX.

Everything was as expected for dining at Ocotillo… The only problem is we brought someone for their first time and they ordered the chicken and it was dry and tough. And it did not meet expectations by any means for the usual standard set by Ocotillo in the past. I had the popper with lamb shank and it was delicious but the lamb shank was a tad bit dry as well… Spot on though. We were just really bummed out that someone for their first experience they just didn’t like their choice at all the appetizers were amazing. And the service was top-notch as it always is.

Popped in on date night, definitely not crowded during this season, service and quality were really good. Surprised by the Korean Cheese thing, really nice flavors, followed by lentil salad, tamales, and curry. Enjoyed everything, followed by a short walk through the garden. Definitely be back.

We love Nori and go there often because of the location, atmosphere, and food. We HATE having to adjust our nose to the horrible sewer smell though. Not sure if they need to clean out their grease traps more or what, but it’s pretty bad.
