Ember is a destination dining experience with the highest quality of steaks and seafood prepared over wood-fired grills. The menu is complemented by a specialty cocktail menu, whiskey library and an extensive wine lists accompanied with highest level of service from our Sommelier and Service Team.

The energetic dining space overlooks the scratch kitchen with views of our culinary team. A separate piano lounge with live entertainment adds to the dynamic vibe. Seasonal outdoor dining by the fireplace is also available.

Please note we do have a dress code at Ember.

We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Athletic apparel, jersey's, baseball style hats, beanie's, bandana's, oversized or baggy clothing, flip flops, open toed shoes for men, tank tops and sleeveless shirts are prohibited.

As per usual, the experience at Ember was phenomenal. The service, thank you Amber, was outstanding and the food delicious. Beautiful restaurant and always look forward to dining there.

Absolutely exquisite experience! We were on the terrace as the men wore shorts and honestly, we preferred being there! Gorgeous setting, cool enough to enjoy. The food and service are amazing - it lives up to the hype! Our daughter loved her birthday dinner and we definitely recommend Café Monarch for a high end dining experience!

PLEASE NOTE: Our Omakase experience is centered around a curation of the freshest fish and seafood. As such, we are unable to accommodate shellfish allergies, gluten-free nor vegan/vegetarian diets.

SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $285 per person, not including beverages and tax. Please allow approximately two hours for the dining experience. Dress code is casual and comfortable. An evening at Voila in north Scottsdale is reminiscent of a relaxing evening at a neighborhood cafe in Paris that tourists have yet to discover. The ambiance is relaxed, casual, and tranquil, but what happens in their kitchen is anything but. Serving up made-to-order French fare from delectable escargot, fresh fish, coq au vin, and other bistro favorites, Chef Maxime can please any Francophile’s palate. In addition to his wizardry in the kitchen, Voila is a true family affair. Owners Luc, Sandrine, and their son, provide their guests with service that makes their diners feel like honored guests in their home. The dining room is simple, but awash in crisp white table linens that carry the faint scent of French lavender (am I in Scottsdale or Provence?). A full bar, an approachable wine list, and a French pastry chef who creates their house-made desserts all combine to make Voila a truly delightful and delicious dining experience unique to the Valley. Leave behind the usual madness of the current “see-and-be-seen” restaurant scene where screeching customers yell over house music and the rims of their martini glasses, and where food is ordered more to be photographed and posted than savored. Wanda and Raul and everyone on staff was amazing as they always have been. The tea was wonderful, champagne, and all of the foods. However, it was almost unbearably hot because of the broken front door. We felt very badly for all the staff because it was so hot in there. We’ve been coming to tea for 20 years and will continue. Hopefully the door is fixed ASAP for the staff there!
