PLEASE NOTE: Our Omakase experience is centered around a curation of the freshest fish and seafood. As such, we are unable to accommodate shellfish allergies, gluten-free nor vegan/vegetarian diets.

SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $250 per person, not including beverages and tax. Please allow approximately two hours for the dining experience. Dress code is casual and comfortable. We offer two seatings each evening, at 5:45 pm and 8:00 pm. Due to limited seating capacity, we require a credit card number to guarantee reservations. Cancellation fees apply, see policy within credit card details. Increases in party size not guaranteed.

Ember is a destination dining experience with the highest quality of steaks and seafood prepared over wood-fired grills. The menu is complemented by a specialty cocktail menu, whiskey library and an extensive wine lists accompanied with highest level of service from our Sommelier and Service Team.

The energetic dining space overlooks the scratch kitchen with views of our culinary team. A separate piano lounge with live entertainment adds to the dynamic vibe. Seasonal outdoor dining by the fireplace is also available.

Please note we do have a dress code at Ember.

We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Athletic apparel, jersey's, baseball style hats, beanie's, bandana's, oversized or baggy clothing, flip flops, open toed shoes for men, tank tops and sleeveless shirts are prohibited.

One of the best meals we’ve had in a while. Prime rib was juicy & full of flavor. My wife had the Chicken Cordon Bleu which was outstanding. Excellent wine selection too. We highly recommended Frasher’s Tavern. We’ll be back & bring friends!

Spectacular experience! We sat at the bar and ordered lots of tapas-sized sharing dishes, each one different in taste and texture, each one utterly scrumptious. Not to be outdone by the food, the cocktails were fully on fleek, using unique ingredients to full effect and perfect balance. 100% would recommend

Ours was a first visit to this remarkably beautiful venue. We were seeking excellent seafood and we were not disappointed. Both the Chilean sea bass and barramundi were well prepared. The burrata and tomato salad was excellent. Service very attentive. The menu offered a broad selection of both seafood and grilled steaks. We are looking ahead to a second visit

Voilà French Bistro is a charming and intimate restaurant of the type one might find in Paris on a side street frequented by locals and the lucky tourists who happen to stumble upon it. The cuisine is excellent with service to match. The sole meunière, coq au vin, salad with goat cheese and the île flottante are highly recommended.

Used to go all the time before I was retired 5 years ago. I was in the Restaurant business , lived on n the neighborhood and my son when he was younger worked there for a couple years. I always preferred family owned 🚌 nesses before corporate giants took them over. Many times just walking to a large corporate owned establishment my 6th sense would take over and u said to my family let’s get out the f here. But I’ve watched this Maestro family maneuver strategically ever since I got here in 1996. These guys and gals got it together. Yeah you need a wad of cash to really have a good time but you will leave happy and satisfied.
