We're back! After 20 years at our first location on Scottsdale and FLW we are pleased to announce our opening at our newest location in Centennial Marketplace( NW corner of FLW and 100th St) This much smaller footprint has us operating 9 tables and a full bar in a cozy and more modern environment!

The name ZINGARA translates to “gypsy woman” in Italian, paying homage to Ambrosio’s passion for food of Spain, Southern France and Italy that inspired this venture. The concept aims to create an upscale space where people can gather and enjoy small bites, coffee, European wine and luxury goods.
As the evening sets in, Zingara will transition from coffee shop into a sophisticated wine bar from 4 to 9 p.m. Wine enthusiasts will be delighted by their extensive collection of Italian, French and Californian wines. The menu will also include global beers, sipping liquors and an array of small plates designed for sharing.

Indulge in modern European classics like bone marrow, steak tartare, croquettes and Sacher torte. For those seeking a personalized experience, ZINGARA offers the option to create your own cheese board, featuring premium selections of salumi and imported cheeses .

1st visit to Zingara. Very casual, but very nice. I had the best hamburger I have ever had. Our server, Colten was attentive and has a great personality. We will be back!

Giordano’s Trattoria Romana Ristorante that is a family owned Italian gem that has served Carefree for over 25 years. Every night brings not only great menu options but also a dish crafted as a special for the night. So, even if you have managed to work your way through the extensive menu, you’ll always have something new and exciting to try at Giordano’s Trattoria Romana. What is touted as a best kept secret is not really very secret considering that reservations are highly recommended due to the popularity of Giordano’s Trattoria Romana. Perhaps that is because of the eggplant rolletini or the saltimbocca, both popular favorites. Then again, it might be the fettuccine alfredo or cannelloni Florentine. You may find another favorite you want to have every time you go, but it is a sure bet that the evening will end with the homemade tiramisu or the traditional cannoli.

Casa Mia is the authentic Italian Cuisine experience. Our family moved to the U.S. in 1993 from Sorrento, Italy (a province of Naples).
We came straight to Scottsdale so none of our palates were altered from the flavors they were familiar with. Casa Mia means "my home", and just like at home our food is made to meet our standards of taste. All of our ingredients are of the finest quality, from home made pastas, organic produce, and now organic grass fed beef.
Our wine list features only Italian wines, and is always a work in progress as we are always searching for new surprising flavors!

Check out our pizzeria CM2 located next door to our Casa Mia location.

My family and I recently dined at Tutti Santi and had an exceptional experience. The food was outstanding — every dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavors, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The service was equally fantastic, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure our needs were met promptly and made us feel warmly welcomed throughout our meal.
