Enjoy intimate, full-service dining, with coursed meals & a curated wine list in our "old-world" ambiance, "worlds" away from our fast-paced main level. In 2025, we will bring back community table nights & wine dinners. We have revised the concept to include an assortment of new seasonal menus (with some familiar authentic Tuscan favorites) & a few new events! We also OFFICIALLY return to private party bookings with a more streamlined booking process at PARISIsottoDenver.com. Now that Parisi is open on Sunday, you will see events & dining hours pop up on Sundays, too. Parisi Sotto is delightful. The atmosphere is moody and romantic. The menu offers something for everyone. Several homemade pastas and they did not disappoint. The salad with fresh peaches and Prosecco dressing was cold, fresh and a winner. We tried 2 desserts. The cream puffs come in 3 and were the perfect size. We shared a desert calzone stuffed with bananas, ice cream and Nutella. Worth the calories! We will definitely be back soon.

After years of seeing uneven reviews about this restaurant, we made a last minute decision to dine here after learning that the restaurant had been reopened with a new menu/focus. The dining room was beautiful, clean and quiet (only a few other tables were occupied) but the space isn't large to begin with. The staff were welcoming and polite, and the prix fixe menu was simple and well-thought out. The house salad was excellent, and so was the flatiron steak. The attentiveness of the staff dropped off precipitously near the end of the meal, but it did appear that there were only three waitstaff and two tables did order the bananas foster which necessitates the table side show, so that probably took up a lot of time and effort. Still, they had been quick to clean the table and then suddenly there was a long wait for dessert and then again to pay after the check was dropped off. Hoping that as their open days expand and the word gets out that the menu has been refocused that they will get better paced. I will certainly give them another opportunity.
