It has been awhile since our last visit, however, we regretted our time away after our recent experience celebrating our anniversary. Food quality, presentation and creativity were second to none in the Denver area. Service was incredible and without flaw throughout the evening. Really enjoyed our interaction with the owner, Ryan, who was present and available working hand in hand with the entire staff all evening. The teamwork of the entire staff was impressive and refreshing in today's fine dining environment. Cheers to All and we look forward to our next visit.

About the restaurant
Mizuna buzzes with giddy conversation--chef/owner Frank Bonanno has created a special spot for food lovers here. At Mizuna, cooks are given free creative reign over a menu that changes monthly to emphasize pure, seasonal ingredients with clean flavors that make even the most exotic fare seem familiar. We are consistently rated among the nation’s top restaurants for food and service. Mizuna has two signature dishes; the Lobster Mac and Cheese (a riff on the Thomas Keller classic), and Beef Wellington--but to to truly experience Mizuna, the Chef's Tasting is not to be missed.Ultimately, this is an American-style restaurant heavy on French technique, influence, and philosophy with flawless service and an eclectic assortment of international wines.

Amazing! Every dish we had just kept getting better. My husband got the chef menu, I got the coastal menu. Both were very good. My favorite dish was the diver scallop.

Such a cute restaurant with decent happy hours deals! The oysters on the pearls were so fun and the waygu slider was solid. We also tried some beer and some of the cocktails, all were excellent. Our server did a great job coming over and being attentive without pestering. Would 100% recommend

I grew primarily around Puget Sound as well as the Chesapeake bay, and this is some of the best seafood I've ever had! The quality was perfect, and the chef's presentations exquisite. My wife and I definitely plan to return for future occasions. It was a bit on the pricey side for a full course meal, but for a few times a year, definitely worth it - or just happy hour for oysters and drinks from time to time!

Four of us had dinner. Everything was highly seasoned and satisfying. We had the deviled eggs and focaccia appetizers which were surprisingly good. The mussels and the sauce were tasty. The breaded pork chop’s crust was very crunchy but the pork was just fair. The fries were great. We sat by the window in the bar area and it was not crowded so the noise level was low. The service was attentive and very accommodating. We like this restaurant.
