Everything was outstanding. Our gluten free friend said it was the best pizza crust he's ever had since he had to go GF. I tried a piece and you couldn't even tell the difference. Same with the GF pasta. Knowing what Lon is capable of, we all went in with high expectations, and they were far exceeded. Bravo! Mucho Gusto!

Izakaya Den is Denver’s popular Japanese gastropub, modeled after the lively after hours establishments found throughout Japan. The restaurant is located on South Pearl Street and is the second restaurant of the Kizaki brothers, founders and owners of Sushi Den.

The menu is arranged in a tapas style, serving traditional Japanese small plates along with dishes infused with international flavors and textures. The more traditional Japanese offerings include sashimi and nigiri, sourced from daily fish shipments from around the globe, along with dumplings and noodle dishes. The global cuisine experiments with a bevy of different flavors including unique items such as Grilled Panzanella Salad (jumbo lump crab, toasted focaccia, local goat cheese, pistachios, plum wine vinaigrette), Kobe Beef Sliders (seared foie gras, pomme frittes). A gluten-free menu is also available along with a popular weekday happy hour from 5 to 6:30 pm.

I always have a special time at Adrift! Definitely a must see and eat spot in Denver. Especially if you are a fan of the tiki experience. I love to eat here when friends/family come into town. For Denver food standard, it was above avg. You cant go wrong with fried chicken sandwich. We moved from Chicago - so a bit picky on food tastes. Service was great. Really cool atmosphere.

We were a big group of 25 and our server Arielle was so amazing. She was super accommodating and kept up with the amount of people for bottomless mimosas. The management staff made it a little difficult for her to be effective with us at some point, which we were super patient and understanding about for her. Arielle did a great job!

Kumoya is not just a sushi bar. It is a total culinary experience. Their sushi bar uses some aged fish which is delicious. Their regular fish is very fresh. Their kitchen is their little gem that most restaurants don’t have. Flavors come out of there that is not experienced anywhere else. The owner Cory has unique ideas that makes him an outstanding chef. The sushi bar is well coordinated and flows. Allon is my favorite chef, although they are all very good. Their desserts blew me away. Usually places offer green tea ice cream or red bean. Not Kumoya, they have an actual dessert chef that creates unique delicious desserts. I will be returning to see what they offer next because most things are seasonal.

We came back to try QBS on Easter after we had a bad vibe experience on a brunch Sunday that we walked out after we were seated. Anyway, this time around was better! Our sever was very friendly, looked out for my son’s allergies, recommended some dishes and promoted some of their dance nights. The food was great and we will return!
