My wife and I just celebrated our honeymoon in Aspen and Las Montanas was our favorite food place hands down. We got the pineapple marinated ribeye fajitas which were incredible. The margaritas were some of the best we’ve ever had and to top it off our waiter Tomas was amazing. Super friendly and on time with service. We will be back again

We had a variety of pizzas and all were good, not great. Very little red sauce but adequate amount of toppings. One of our group had the Alfredo chicken broccoli pasta and it was very good. The garlic knots were over baked—some burned brown. Service was very good.

Great place for easy, informal dinner after having just arrived in Aspen. The lamb bolognese was fantastic and Missy did a very good job of explaining the menu. They have nice Mocktail menu as well.

The final Western BBQ of the season was such fun! The wait staff was top notch and the Buffett had many choices. It would have been nice to have perhaps a cheese and cracker hors d’ouevres platter for some pre meal enjoyment. The beverage list was great and the music was fabulous!

We celebrated my husband’s 80th birthday with friends and family. The food, drinks and service were outstanding! The staff was incredible and made it a memorable experience. They joined in singing, cut the cake for us and we could not have chosen a better restaurant in Steamboat to celebrate.

Food is amazing, vibe is energetic, perfect for a Friday night. DO NOT MISS the Ceviche with the caviar, the skirt and the branzino! We really had a very good time. We will for sure come again.
