Amazing restaurant with amazing food and views. A bit noisy though. Had the bison. Absolutely delicious. My wife had the pasta equally delicious but a bit small serving size.

Love coming here every time we visit Aspen. The French onion soup is the best! And they have had great happy hour from 3-6pm. Juan was a fabulous server for us! We’ll be back soon !

Every one of the wait staff were exceptional : Jonathan, Ally, Gabriel. When I couldn’t decide which wine I wanted to, Ally brought me 3 tastes to sample !! That’s rare. We’ve been coming to Prime for several years in the summers for special times: quality of food and ambiance has never wavered. My filet was very tender /we’d recommend the Spring Salad too
