El restaurante Tempranillo da la bienvenida a sus comensales, donde el famoso chef internacional Javier González-Bringas, junto con su compañera y esposa Laura, ofrecen un menú diario de bebidas, tapas, cenas y almuerzos. González-Bringas, de Madrid, combina el estilo del viejo mundo con un toque del nuevo mundo en su cocina de autor. El nombre Tempranillo, en sí mismo, es un homenaje a una de las variedades de uva principales de España y, fiel a su nombre, el restaurante ofrece una selección de más de 100 vinos elegidos cuidadosamente y una sangría con una rica mezcla de frutas. El ambiente del Tempranillo se caracteriza por sus colores, sus chimeneas dobles y una mesa que reúne y refleja la profundidad de sabores e influencias que se encuentran en el corazón de los orígenes del restaurante. "Nuestro deseo es crear un lugar encantador donde la gente puede reunirse y disfrutar de la combinación que existe entre los sabores de España e Italia".

There’s a reason we’re perched down by the river. In fact, the view right outside is a nice little reminder that life is better when you go with the flow. The only thing that might make it better are some ice cold drinks, Texas-style smoky ‘cue and the company of your favorite fellow humans. So come in, take a seat, order up somethin’ good, crack open a cold one and let the good times flow like the Yampa.

Join us for a unique private Gondola Dining Experience, located on the back patio of Alpenrose Restaurant in Vail, CO. Please note: It is a stationed Gondola, not a moving gondola.

Our gondola cabins were recruited in South Tyrol, shipped to Austria for interior design and improvements, to the Black Forest for the final touches on the outside and after a long journey eventually found its way to Vail, CO.
