Creekside offers homemade food and the friendliest service. Breakfast and lunch are served all day. We use farm fresh eggs and a wide variety of only the freshest local ingredients thanks to our ag partners! We compliment this with tasty coffee, award-winning bloody marys and unique mimosas. In the summertime we host a serene patio with immaculate gardens right beside Soda Creek.

Established in 1995, located in Eagle-Vail halfway between Vail and Beaver. Featuring authentic northern Italian cuisine, served in an atmosphere reminiscent of little Ilaly. Located in the heart of the old railroad and mining town of Minturn, the Saloon’s building dates back to 1901. During the last one hundred years it has been, at one time or another, home to various taverns, restaurants and even back room gambling for railroaders. While the last five decades have seen the development of Vail and Beaver Creek resorts just seven miles on either side of Minturn, the town’s appearance and feel retains its historic Colorado roots. Recently under new ownership, The Saloon has undergone a complete renovation and reopened in November of '23 with a fresh new menu and updated space. Chef Anthony Mazza's menu features slow-cooked short rib and pork cheek and Colorado River Ranch wagyu steak. The nostalgia and historical memorabilia and photos remain. The Garden has existed in some form since 1988, making us the oldest restaurant in Avon. In its current form, The Garden is back under family ownership and operation, harking back to simpler and friendly times when an evening was spent making new friends and debating over which mountain to ski the next day. We know the valley is considered a "vacation home" for many, but we like to place the emphasis on home; come join our family, break bread, and make some new memories.

Little Ollie's is a Chinese restaurant in Aspen, Colorado. It has an atmosphere of casual elegance and features both indoor and outdoor dining rooms, depending on the weather during the year. Inside, the dining area is pleasantly elegant with silky wall paper and sleek feather pictures hanging around the walls. At the same time, the tile floors and natural wood table and chair sets give Little Ollie's a more casual vibe that's inviting to guests of all types. Little Ollies is local's favorite spot from homemade dumplings to Cantonese roast duck, include the pan-seared dumplings, Szechuan hot oil wontons, traditional noodle soup, Szechuan hot oil fish, and more from Szechuan chef's specialty. A large selection of vegetarian meals are offered to guests with eating preferences, but these are not the only types of plates offered.
