There’s a reason we’re perched down by the river. In fact, the view right outside is a nice little reminder that life is better when you go with the flow. My wife and I enjoyed the special of the evening paired with a red wine that was suggested. Portions served were more than we can eat and all great dishes.

Excellent Bavarian menu with some more innovative pasta and fish options. Restaurant is cozy with a modern Alpine flair. We dined near the end of the season, but there was no lag in service nor attention. The salmon pasta was light and summery and the schnitzel cooked to perfection, served with classic lingonberry jam.

Salt & Lime is Rex's Family of Restaurant's twist on classic Mexican. A bright, vibrant atmosphere and fresh flavors are our priorities. With an emphasis on tacos, traditional cooking techniques and regional ingredients are used to create progressive Mexican dishes. At the bar unique craft tequila cocktails are prepared with natural ingredients and fresh juices. Take advantage of the salt, lime & sunshine offered up on the rooftop deck during the summer months. Due to ever changing mountain weather, our patio is seated on a first come first serve basis and not available for reservations or booking in advance.

Chasing Rabbits was our choice for my wife's birthday and what a great choice it was ! The quality and presentation of our appetizers and entrees was simply top shelf. What a pleasure it was to dine where the kitchen is so creative. DO NOT mis the buttermilk ricotta! It's an appetizer, but I could have enjoyed it for dessert. Service was attentive and professional but not overbearing. Ambiance was mixed. Chasing Rabbit's decor was very attractive. only concerns: you;d men please remove their hats? And the music was just a bit loud. All in all a wonderful and memorable evening!

Located in the heart of the old railroad and mining town of Minturn, the Saloon’s building dates back to 1901. During the last one hundred years it has been, at one time or another, home to various taverns, restaurants and even back room gambling for railroaders. While the last five decades have seen the development of Vail and Beaver Creek resorts just seven miles on either side of Minturn, the town’s appearance and feel retains its historic Colorado roots. Recently under new ownership, The Saloon has undergone a complete renovation and reopened in November of '23 with a fresh new menu and updated space. Chef Anthony Mazza's menu features slow-cooked short rib and pork cheek and Colorado River Ranch wagyu steak. The nostalgia and historical memorabilia and photos remain. The space still feels like The Saloon, but carried into the present day. Enjoy a resurrected Colorado Saloon and feel the history all around you.

Can't say enough about how great of a time we had at The Saloon! The food was fantastic, the margaritas are every bit as good as I heard they were and the service was excellent. Plus, it has such a cool vibe. The hostess, Mary, truly made our night with all of her tips for visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

We are the best gourmet family friendly restaurant in Aspen- We started with Kids make-your-own pizzas, and added macaroni and cheese as well as make-your-own pastas as time has gone on.

Our menu started out with 8 different items and has grown to over 30.

We’re one of the best sports bars in Aspen too, providing full sound, with a goal horn that will take you by surprise – and make you jump out of your seat!

Incredible food and service was exceptional. They were the perfect balance of attentive while allowing us time to enjoy the experience. They were mindful with pacing of courses and each dish was perfectly seasoned and arrived hot. We will be back.
