Our first time to Chimney Park and we were so impressed. We all had the Chef’s Tasting Menu and they were able to accommodate my vegetarian diet. Each plate was thoughtfully curated, beautifully crafted, and truly delightful. The portions were ample - not too little and just enough. The spacing between courses allowed time for conversation and to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed. The service was top notch! Our server was kind, patient, and on point all evening. We all left very satisfied and impressed. Such a lovely gem in our sweet town of Windsor! We will definitely be back!!

Such a wonderful experience for our 2nd anniversary celebration. Quiet and quaint spot with excellent service and delicious food/drinks. We were blown away by the staffs recognizing our anniversary with a complimentary dessert (homemade crème brûlée) and hand signed card. Great place for celebrations or just a nice investment night out. I loved everything about it including the retro music of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. I highly recommend ordering thhe lobster ravioli and the charcuterie board. Both dishes I’d rate 5 star fabulous. Keep up the great work, we’ll definitely be back soon.

The dishes were well prepared and presented. I chose the halibut special and it was served with fresh ingredients and a broth that was full of umami. Especially liked the stoneware bowls and plates. Our server was friendly and attentive.

About the restaurant
We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

Excellent choice for us. Everyone enjoyed the food. Fried Oysters were fantastic. The calamari was good. Not the best we've ever had, but it's certainly above average. The lobster deviled eggs were tasty, maybe a touch overpriced at $4.95 a piece. The salmon, ribeye, and wedge salads were very good, Just shy of $177 total for 3 people with no alcohol. The total with tip was $220 because our server was fantastic (wish we were younger so we could remember her name. Although a touch expensive, the experience and food didn't make the price bother us too much, but I wanted to share because some might be surprised (salmon dinner, ribeye with melted blue cheese, 2 wedge salads, 1/2 dozen fried oysters (which our friend said was fantastic), 3 lobster deviled eggs and a calamari appetizer and 2 drinks (Pellegrino and diet coke). All in all, a very good experience.

About the restaurant
Austin's American Grill is the quintessential taste of Colorado. With three great Fort Collin's locations-one in the heart of Old Town, another on Harmony Road and one in Greeley, we'll have you wondering why mom's food never tasted so good and when you can come back for more. Savory roasts and chicken cooked over an open flame in our front-of-the-house rotisserie. All-natural buffalo seasoned to perfection. Cornbread baked in iron skillets with honey butter. Signature cocktails sweetened with fresh-squeezed fruit juice. Plus, our decadent desserts are made fresh daily, giving you an excuse to stop in for a slice that reminds you of home. There's a reason Austin's is one of Northern Colorado's favorite destinations.

The food was good, but the service was very slow. It took at least 30 minutes to get the appetizer and shortly after we were served our meals. Maybe it was a fluke, but we had an event to get to, so we really needed service to be more timely.
