St. Elmo Steak House has been a landmark in downtown Indianapolis since 1902. It is one of the oldest Indiana restaurants in its original location & has earned a national reputation for its excellent steaks, seafood, chops & professional service. Try our famous St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail followed by a dry-aged USDA Prime Steak. We happily accommodate special requests; please call the restaurant directly. Our waiter was fantastic, can't stress this enough, he had our entire section of tables and kept up with everyone and was so kind and friendly.!

Really good food. Always enjoy the wood fired pizza. The Cajun red snapper with shrimp etouffe was delicious. Travis was a wonderful server.

First time visiting Carmel and I chose the perfect restaurant to have dinner. I ordered the delicious prime rib,loaded baked potato, bean soup , glass of wine, spinach dip and blueberry bread pudding. Everything was 10/10. My waitress was amazing and attentive to my table. Will definitely visit again.
