The food and service was perfect, but I think the restaurant was little over priced. Everything was cooked perfectly and it was delicious.

As I was only a party of one, I specifically requested seating at the bar. What a pleasant experience! The lady bartenders were very attentive, yet not intrusive. The drinks and food excellent. My bar-mates were congenial but not overly chatty. All in all, a great experience!

The Burgundy in the Basement dinner was exceptional, from the knowledge of the French burgundy expert to the Zinc sommelier. The courses were well paired with the wines .

We had a wonderful time at Coyote Cafe for our 52nd anniversary! Our waiter, Andy, couldn’t have been nicer nor more attentive. He, as well as others, came to our table to check on us frequently and to congratulate us. The meal was enjoyable as well. Neither of us really can say we love kale, but the kale salad with pine nuts was quite tasty. The grilled lobster was delightful with that smoky charred shell taste. The pork had great flavor if a bit dry. All in all - a great place to dine. Thank you for such a lovely evening!

Santa Fe
About the restaurant
Chef-owned and operated for more than two decades, 315 is dedicated to serving both modern and contemporary French cuisine inspired by seasonal local ingredients. With a grassroots initiative, almost every dish is prepared from scratch using exceptional care in the procurement of every ingredient. In this way, we pay respect to the community by finding new ways to support Santa Fe’s unique culture of food and art.

French food is much more than the classic dishes we all have learned to know and love. It is a philosophy within its composition and a discipline in its technique. Using carefully selected ingredients, we look for ways to enhance a dish rather than overwhelm it. This is where the dance begins between the food and the wine.

Salad was outstanding. Main course was excellent. Desert was only fair. Coffee was average. Our server was beyond outstanding --- would easily be in top 1 % of all waiters. We eat at restaurants at least 40 % of the time and frequent business and vacation travel has exposed us to many top restaurants of the world. Our server would be a "standout" at any of the best restaurants we have visited.
