We were pleased with all aspects of dining, and to know they had maintained their high quality. The new restaurant was also beautiful in a sophisticated Santa Fe style.

I was very surprised by Coyote Cafe. I booked through Open Table expecting a casual dinner but was so surprised by the menu with amazing entrees and a fabulous wine list. Our waitstaff were very attentive, the appetizer special of squash blossoms was really tasty, and our entree of Lobster Pappardelle (2) was so fresh and tasty I highly recommend it! The kitchen was a little behind but the manager came and apologized while comping us on a portion of our bill. I truly will be a frequent diner here in the future!!

This was my first time at Vernon's and it was absolutely amazing. Joe went above and beyond to make our experience even that much more awesome. It was our anniversary and he made sure to make it a special night for us. The kitchen was even able to accommodate my wife's gluten allergy and made us a beautiful peach danish dessert gluten free and it was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back.

Food was excellent. There are few restaurants that I can get Elk. This did not disappoint. The meat was tender, did not need the steak knife. The filet was equally as tender

About the restaurant
Our mission is to open a few restaurants that take care of our guests in every way-treating them like guests in our home, making sure that they feel embraced by the joy with which we extend our hospitality, and making sure that they become entranced by our restaurant. We understand the value of 'regulars' returning weekly and in many cases more frequently. We hope that all of our guests will feel that they belong to a private club, to which we welcome them again and again. M'tucci's Moderno located in Rio Rancho is a sister of our first restaurant, M'tucci's Italian, which is located at Coors and Montano on Albuquerque's West Side. At Moderno, we continue to offer a moderately priced, Italian menu built on a foundation of both traditional and contemporary recipes. The menu, together with the bar (full liquor license) menu, is offered in a contemporary building with black steel elements, high ceilings, and a big garage door that opens to the Sandia Mountains. Inside the steel, we have inserted a more traditional looking wood clad restaurant featuring traditional lighting and Edison bulbs, as well as other playful elements. Our congenial bar and mezzanine offer alternative spaces within which to enjoy M'tucci's food and beverage. Moderno's bar program features our unique shrubs as well as a new collection of original cocktails to complement our food and wine. Our mezzanine can also be reserved for private groups. M'tucci's Moderno is located just west of Presbyterian's Rust Medical Center. At the end of 2016, Jeff Spiegel, Katie Gardner, and John Haas, founders of M'tucci's Restaurants, welcomed five new partners to their ownership team: Austin Leard, Sherri Rivenburgh, Cory Gray, Shawn Cronin and Chris O'Sickey. This ensures that M'tucci's Restaurants are here for the long haul.

Steakhouse
Ruidoso
About the restaurant
"The Club" changed hands again in 1992 when another local, Leon Grissom, purchased it trying his hand at running the steak house. Then in 1995, Texas natives, Jack and Mary Evans, bought "The Club" and brought in Linda Kelso from Dallas to run the kitchen. After one year, Jack and Mary decided being a restaurateur was not for them, so they sold it to Linda. She turned "The Texas Club" into what most people know it as today. Then in 2005 Linda sold the business to its current owners. While "The Club" has changed hands a few times over the years, it has always been the best place in town to find the most choice steaks, the freshest seafood, and finest wines and cocktails.
