Het 6 gangen tasting menu is heel bijzonder. We hadden er ook het wijnarrangement bij. De eerste 4 gangen waren top. Twee van die vier waren verrassend, omdat je op het verkeerde been werd gezet. Echt heel leuk en origineel. Gang 5 was al het toetje. Ook niet zo bijzonder qua gerechtjes en opmaak. De drank kwam bij deze gang toen we het al half op hadden. Dat hoort niet. Gang 6 is geen gang. Het was een snoepje. Je kon het meteen opeten of meenemen.Er zat ook geen drank bij. Dat vind ik misleidend. Het is een 5 gangen tasting en niet 6. Het eten was heel lekker, de gerechten origineel en de 2 surprise gerechten een beleving. Ik had het gewone wijnarrangement en mijn man die van de chef, wat exclusiever. Een van zijn wijnen was Matua, een gangbare Sauvignon blanc uit nieuw Zeeland. De bediening was erg goed. Dat is ook de reden dat ik toch 4 sterren geef. Heiner deed echt zijn best en voelde goed onze humor aan. Tip: noem het 5 gangen tasting, verlaag de prijs een beetje en geef het snoepje mee als attentie aan het eind van de culinaire ervaring.
