We went to Valenti with our friend. Cristiano pleasantly greeted us and seated us at a table for four. . Duilio said he just received a shipment of fresh matsutake mushrooms. He said he would cook something for us if we would like. We started with the delicious home grown tomatoes in their panzanella salad and the radicchio and apple salad. We then enjoyed one order of their fabulous costletto and three orders of fettuccini with matsutake mushrooms. The pastas were out of this world because of the quality and fresh matsutake button mushrooms. After we were stuffed, we still enjoyed the home made gelato with fresh slices of strawberries and raspberries. Overall, it was a 12/10 dinner experience. The matsutake mushrooms ate very seasonal and if they don’t have a supply Duilio would make other home made pasta dishes! You would not be disappointed with ANY meal at Valenti!

Excellent, highest quality food with special touches and ingredients. The service was perfect. We enjoyed every bite and wanted for nothing. It’s great to visit a restaurant that deserves its hype. Pricey but worth it. Would go there again in a heartbeat. Favorite dishes Shrimp and basil dumplings, squash blossom tempura, shrimp tempura, warm mushroom salad, premium sashimi.

Our dinner was great with terrific food and incredible service. We had an 18 month old with us and our server went out of her way to keep him occupied with crayons and straws. This restaurant is one of our favorites and lived up to its reputation.

Rode bikes from The City to Sausalito and made Sula our lunch spot. This is a far nicer experience than lunching in Sausalito touristy restaurants.

We celebrated my dear friend Debora in her latest achievement and it was great to have a quite table close to the water where we had a chance to talk and really enjoy the selections from the staff, they suggested aperol spritz to start then a dry white wine from Sardegna , they also suggested linguine alle vongole, guazzetto, and a pistacchio lava cake to die for. The service was excellent and the evening felt very special for us. Thanks Luna Blu

I was seated instantly even though I was 20 min early. I started with the pow pow shrimp appetizer. It was incredible. I’m unfortunately under the restraints of a company budget so steak was in that for the night. I opted for the fried chicken and it didn’t disappoint. Cooked to perfection. My waitress was beautiful and attentive. It will be a must stop when I’m in town.
