Been here several times and will keep coming back. Convenient location. The food and service are consistently good. Asked for the bay view and we got it. Not cheap, but a good place costs a few bucks and well worth it. For me, good food is everything.

Wow how did we know about this place? You feel like you are in a small Italian restaurant in Italy. We cannot wait to go back. It's a bit expensive but worth it. Everything is so delicious. A++++

Everything was delicious!!! From the pistachio crusted goat cheese appetizer to the main event of pork chop with a LOADed potato ( they do not skimp on the bacon!!) and the smores tart for desert( a definite must have)

Everything is wonderful. People love the fatoosh salad, the eggplant fries, the salmon and the pigs in mud (chocolate) dessert. Vegetable tagine is perfect for vegetarians.

It all started in 1992, when Annette and Gerner Andresen opened the Lighthouse Café in Sausalito in its present form. The Andresens, both born in Denmark, had recently immigrated to the U.S., and along with them they brought the Scandinavian flair for simplicity, good quality and tasty food. I have been going to the Lighthouse every Wednesday evening for the last three years. Last night it was a balmy summer evening, and the windows were open, and the sliding glass doors were open, which made for a magnificent atmosphere. The views are gorgeous of the old water, the sea birds and the mansions. Our host Kenneth did a wonderful job helping us with our event. We were very grateful for all his kindness and special touches as always, our waitress Sara and her bus boy Luis were wonderful, attentive, and as sweet as pie.
