Another outstanding Alter House experience! Watermelon martini 🍸 was scrumptious! Shrimp 🍤 wanton app was yummy!🤤 Special Burratta salad 🥗 was great as was shrimp 🦐 fettuccine! Best French press coffee ☕️ in the area! Better than the food and drink is the fabulous staff, Hayden and Andrew!🙌🏻

Four of us friends enjoyed lunch outdoors. We very much enjoyed the food, and our server was very pleasant and helpful. We were not at all rushed and were able to enjoy each others’ company for as long as we liked.

One of us had the French Onion Soup and the evening’s special Steak. The other person had the Special Crab Lemon Saffron Soup and the House Salad with grilled Shrimp. Everything was delicious and the only complaint was that the steak which was ordered ‘medium rare’ was more like rare. The waiter offered to have it cooked more, but the customer declined. The waiter was very attentive and pleasant. I have been going to The Powerhouse Eatery for about 15 years and their food is consistently good and it is a lovely spot for dinner.

Breaker Brewing Outpost, in the Sturges section of Archbald, is Breaker Brewing Company's northern satellite location open since February 2020. Our large taproom features a large horseshoe shaped bar, a high wooden cathedral ceiling and historic coal mining decor.

With 12 beers on draft, we offer a rotating variety of our own unique craft beers along with cocktails crafted with PA made spirits, local wines and sodas. Make sure to try a beer flight or enjoy our Happy Hour, Tuesday through Friday, from 4-6pm.

We offer a large food menu including soups, appetizers, burgers, tacos, specialty mac & cheese, flatbreads and more. We are family friendly and offer a kids menu. Our large patio is dog friendly and we even have a dog menu.

We just added a large screen TV and several other TVs to keep up on the sports action. Plus, we have a dart board and board games to play during your visit.

Food was excellent. Great presentation. Service was excellent! While at the resort, we ate there twice. Lived everything we ordered and the cocktails were fabulous as well. If having a birthday, the song they sing is adorable.

Everything was great. It was just how long it took to get are food out to the table on a Wednesday night Waitress was the best , very sweet most polite and apologetic about the time It was taken to get the food out but overall best 5 year anniversary date night!!
