Possibly the best meal we’ve ever had dining out. The hummus and Kristen’s Fresh Focaccia were to die for. The eggplant parm was delicious and all the desserts were on point. Very impressed!

The early bird special is an amazing deal. Great quantities of delicious food and no problems with taking home what you didn’t eat this is one of our favorite places to come. The food is so delicious and taste great as leftovers. Very impressed with the excellent service of Kieran and the other gentleman who helped in the dining room. We will be back.

Breaker Brewing Outpost, in the Sturges section of Archbald, is Breaker Brewing Company's northern satellite location open since February 2020. Our large taproom features a large horseshoe shaped bar, a high wooden cathedral ceiling and historic coal mining decor.

With 12 beers on draft, we offer a rotating variety of our own unique craft beers along with cocktails crafted with PA made spirits, local wines and sodas. Make sure to try a beer flight or enjoy our Happy Hour, Tuesday through Friday, from 4-6pm.

We offer a large food menu including soups, appetizers, burgers, tacos, specialty mac & cheese, flatbreads and more. We are family friendly and offer a kids menu. Our large patio is dog friendly and we even have a dog menu.

We just added a large screen TV and several other TVs to keep up on the sports action. Plus, we have a dart board and board games to play during your visit.

Alter House never disappoints! I have a hard time finding restaurants that I like in this area. I moved here from Austin and previously lived in the NY area and I just struggle when I go out to eat because many of the restaurants here seem so uninspiring. Not so at the Alter House - the food is always outstanding, and there are choices for every palate. We get the charcuterie board almost every time, and the pork chops are so out of this world that it’s an effort for many of us to choose something different because we love that so much. But honestly all the food is great, you can’t go wrong. Oh - and if you like Old Fashioneds, get one here. Actually, even if you don’t like them, you should try one here - they are the only place in the area that can make them correctly so maybe they are your favorite drink and you just never knew! They also have a robust mocktail selection that is printed right on the regular menu - you don’t have to make a special request or anything. All and all (in case you can’t tell) this is my favorite restaurant in PA - we travel from the Pittston area for special occasions and really wish we were closer because we would be here all the time.

The Farmhouse is a small, upscale restaurant in NEPA featuring seasonal American fare, classic cocktails, and attentive service just seconds off I-80 (Exit 236). Enjoy hand-crafted dishes and award-winning wine in one of our three distinct dining rooms or stop in for a drink in our cozy tavern.

This was our first time for the Farmhouse at Turkey Hill. The front desk at a local hotel recommendation. Very pleasantly surprised. We found all facets of the experience to be excellent. We travel frequently, and feel that food and service has dipped in quality...post COVID. NOT at the Farmhouse. And on a Monday evening. Very nice experience and highly recommended.
