We were seated promptly after a pleasant greeting. It did take a little while for our waiter to come, but once started he was very attentive. Food was expertly prepared, although the entree did take a little long to arrive. The only criticism would be the very high price for everything, but i guess in today's environment that is not unusual. We always fully enjoy the Russell's experience, especially for special occasions.

The food and service were great! Zack took great care of us and was very knowledgeable. I very much appreciated the wine list- it’s so hard to find a restaurant that serves good wine in Buffalo…. But their list is 💯 Highly recommend, we will for sure be back!

Went for my birthday originally reserved for 6:30 but a 4:00 pm Slot opened and we switched. Had a bread plate app. With two spring mules recommended by the waiter. Delish cocktail. My bf had a sirloin and I had lobster ravioli and added a scallop. Healthy portion and had desert to go which we’re saving to enjoy later tonight or tmrw. I would def go back.

Everything was great! Our server and assistant were amazing! The food was exceptional!! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and were sooooo good! The lobster toast was delicious and a great starter! Will definitely be coming back again!

We were in Buffalo to attend a medical mission for me at Roswell Park. The news we got there wasn't great and we were in a funk. MY idea was to go to Bacchus and have a pleasant experience. We did indeed have a very "pleasant experience"! I had been there three times before, but my partner had not. As soon as we walked in our funk disappeared! We experienced a much lighter mood by the time we reached our table, and had wonderful, spontaneous interactions with the wait staff! We loved our waitress! She made us feel so comfortable and welcome! Our "blues" by this time were far behind us and we were looking forward to drinks and dinner! I had the "Bacchus Manhattan" [made exactly as noted on the menu]. She had a Perfect Manhattan. Both were perfectly made, with attention to detail! For an appetizer we shared the artichoke, which was unusual for us, but it turned out to be enjoyable...For an entree she got the pork, and I ordered the tuna. Both dishes were perfectly cooked, with remarkable attention to detail! The glaze on my Tuna was an amazing combination of flavors magically blended to excite and please the senses. The creme brulee dessert (my favorite) was the very best I've ever tasted ! A big THANK YOU to all at Bacchus for an incredible experience!!!

I have been looking for a great Italian restaurant since we moved to Buffalo 20 years ago. I have finally found it! The dining room has a very Mediterain feel and the tables were set with crisp white linen. After being seated our server offered a homemade tomato spread that was absolutely delicious, spicey but delicious! We purchased a container to take home with us. The food is simply fabulous! We have been to Cugino's several times. And every experience has been more enjoyable than the last. The chef does a masterful job of creating beautiful dishes. The figs with burrata were refreshing while my pork Osso Buco was tender and rich. The mousse special was light and creamy uniquely flavored with what I believe was cinnamon. Be prepared to spend a few dollars it's not cheap but you will leave thinking it was well worth it. Oh by the way each time we have dinner at Cugino's Frank the chef/owner has taken the time to stop by our table and say hello.
