GDL is stepping up its cocktail scene and Hibol rises to the occasion. Excellent and well thought out drinks but the vibes and DJ - and arguably best hifi I’ve heard in a bar ever - are the real winners here. It is among the most expensive cocktail spots in GDL but its vibes are also unmatched. Rivals the top spots in CDMX. Which is saying a lot GDL está mejorando mucho su oferta de cocteles, y Hibol es uno de los mejores, si no el mejor. Ofrece cócteles excelentes y bien pensados, pero el ambiente, el DJ y, posiblemente, el mejor equipo de música que he escuchado en un bar, son los verdaderos ganadores. Es uno de los sitios de cocteles más caros de GDL, pero su ambiente es inigualable. Compite con los mejores lugares de la CDMX. Y eso es mucho decir.

INCREDIBLE! Location is ideal since it is on the Main Street. The actual restaurant has a very nice theme and is executed nicely. The burrata pizza was the main star of the night. 100% would recommend for a pre-night out spot

Excellent service and food. Warmly welcomed by every waiter we passed. We arrived early and were instantly seated. The shrimp consommé was full of shrimp pieces and our entrees were HUGE! Highly recommend for seafood lovers.

The seasonal cocktail list is worth a try.

When reserving it is not possible to guarantee a specific table or location in the restaurant, although we always try to do our best. We have 10 minutes tolerance for reservation times, after that it is a no show. We only assign tables to complete parties, in case not everybody is present we assign a smaller table. There is a penalty of $250 pesos for no shows or incomplete groups.

After almost 15 years of frequenting this amazing restaurant, it continues to maintain high quality ingredients and processes giving us a unique dining experience. The menu changes every so slightly every now and thenThe wait staff is generally the same and always friendly. Congratulations to everyone involved. We can tell you care. This dinner was a date night with the wifey and I ordered the docena burger and added an egg sunny side up. It was the best burger to date for me at La Docena. The salmoncito cocktail kept the heat tolerable and my wife’s vacío steak was just under al punto the way we requested it. Delicious.
