A flavorful journey experience. The service from chef Diego was spectacular. The food, the drinks and the whole concept made it an outstanding night for me and my girlfriend. Definitely turning back, top tier restaurant in Guadalajara!

Dishes are pretty good. We tasted the tuna as sashimi and it was amazing. I highly recommend the chef's sushi, you won't regret it and is not expensive at all.

Dining @ Juniko is probably the next best thing vs going to Japan for a traditional Omakase experience. Chef Sato definitively knows what he's doing with the freshest high quality ingredients and very precise presentation and food preparing.... and he was very nice also in celebrating my birthday with my family. Service from Jorge and the team was excellent. There's also a-la-carte menu, besides the 12, 14 and 20 options Omakase. Sake of the house was really good, too. Price reflects the quality - well worth it.
