The Chef's Table has been pairing fine Italian cuisine with friendly and professional service in Stuart, FL since 2009. Executive Chef Paolo Ferretti & his team create seasonal menus showcasing handmade pastas, choice meats, the freshest local seafood & peak of the season vegetables using classically trained technique.

Understated yet elegant with only 50 seats, the main dining room is centered around a family heirloom, a well loved table, which seats up to six. An intimate space - your home away from home.

We celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary at the Chef’s table. The combination of the Chef’s tasting menu and Lauren’s excellent service made it an evening we will never forget. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Had their signature prime rib was wonderful great piece of meat tender exactly how I ordered it. My wife had the prime rib sandwich. The same was a great sandwich. Didn’t have a complaint about anything.

The food was very good. The service was efficient & friendly. It was an odd feeling as the place is so large but there were only a handful of people dining on a Saturday night. As for value prices were reasonable for the food but the drinks were over priced for the quality. We live in Island Dunes and I want to like this place. We eat out a lot and there are just so many other places that we like better.

Upon entering we received a friendly greeting and were promptly taken to our table. We were then greeted by our server, Spencer, who is a delight. Friendly, upbeat and attentive. We initially ordered the Seafood Bisque which, once again, was amazing. The flavor of the bisque and seafood are outstanding. Spencer then suggested the special of Chicken Parmesan which turned out to be delicious and a huge portion. Looking forward to the leftovers!

We dined outside as inside was abit loud and cold. The service by James was excellent and the fish and chips - great; hand held short rib sandwich very good and an excellent smoked Traverse City Cherry Old Fashioned was cool.

Specializing in fresh caught seafood, oysters, sushi, as well as many favorites for the land lovers. Accompany dinner with a great bottle from our wine list or one of our signature cocktails. I love this farm to table restaurant. Cute little market as you walk in. Market offers so many fresh items; even delicious dog treats humans can eat! The inside and outside space of the restaurant is perfect, open kitchen, huge outdoor smoker, guitar player, etc…
