Michelina’s Italian Restaurant & Catering has been serving guests around the Treasure Coast for over 20 years. We take pride in making all of our dishes & desserts from scratch, exactly the way our grandmother used to.

Chef Michele Jones is a 3rd generation restauranteur and takes great pride in her dishes. She grew up in her family’s restaurant and followed in her parents and grandparent’s footsteps. Now, her children work alongside her in the restaurant, primed and ready to follow in their parent’s steps.

Michele’s business success has been balanced with a rich family life and a very generous community spirit. Active in her children’s school and sporting events, she lends out her free time to the community when she’s able, and enjoys all of what the Treasure Coast has to offer.

Since 2009, The Chef’s Table has been a destination for authentic fine Italian cuisine, paired with warm, professional service. In 2019, owner Carra Crehan welcomed Executive Chef Paolo Ferretti from Senigallia, Italy, under an O-1 visa—granted only to individuals with extraordinary ability. His culinary artistry is evident in every dish.

Our intimate 54-seat space blends understated elegance with a sense of home. At its heart is a beloved family heirloom: a well-worn table that seats six, inviting guests to gather, connect, and savor each moment.

With an extensive wine list and multiple Pairing Menus, The Chef's Table is not to be missed.

Tras varios años de visitar a sus padres y cada vez que consideraban un sitio distinto, su corazón seguía llevándolos hasta el mismo lugar. Junto a su hijo Taylor (ahora chef ejecutivo), el esposo posee una educación culinaria y esta familia de tres es apasionada en extremo de la comida de calidad, bebidas y hospitalidad, pues disfrutan completamente atender a sus comensales.The Gafford es llamado así en honor a sus abuelos, quienes les mostraron cómo disfrutar de la vida, divertirse y reír (en especial de ellos mismos). Su abuelo estuvo en la Fuerza Aérea y el negocio de la hospitalidad, así que le enseñó muchas cosas acerca de negocios, cocina y hospitalidad. Cuando era joven visitaba a sus abuelos en la granja, en donde el abuelo le enseñó cómo asar. El platillo que más disfrutaba de cocinar junto a él era un enorme ribeye.
