We celebrated a friend’s birthday while in Rome at Glass Hosteria. We ordered the tasting menu and wine pairing. Each dish was amazing and well represented. The service and staff were outstanding. We appreciated the chef coming to the table and introducing herself. An excellent experience!

What an amazing restaurant! The view is spectacular, but the service was above & beyond! Thank you to Fabrizio, Emmanuel and Massimo for taking such great care of me and my mother. Mocktails were delightful and I can't forget to mention that they have a special Vegan Menu! I want to go back to Rome just to eat here again. There was also a wonderful pianist/singer.

The garden in the back is beautiful, and the food and service was all exceptional. We had the steak and the fish of the day, and it was one our favorite dinners of our trip.
