This was the best experience we had in Rome so far after 7 days of trying different places. Highly recommend it! The steak special was excellent!! We ordered 3. The menu had options for our large party and everyone was happy at the end. Also, the owner and servers were so inviting and treated us like family. We will be back next time we’re in Rome!! Thanks again ❤️

We celebrated a friend’s birthday while in Rome at Glass Hosteria. We ordered the tasting menu and wine pairing. Each dish was amazing and well represented. The service and staff were outstanding. We appreciated the chef coming to the table and introducing herself. An excellent experience!

Very courteous hostess and responsive to needs. Got the lobster fettuccine, potato ravioli and lasagna. The lasagna was excellent, potato ravioli adequate and was left dissatisfied by the lobster fettuccine. We believe the chef caught wind of our displeasure and was upset like the Swedish chef.

Even though there was a language barrier, the wait staff was so incredibly polite and accommodating to us and interacted to make us feel so comfortable. Neat concept for a restaurant.

Amazing experience from a very unassuming yet hip place. From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch. The staff were “all hands on deck” to ensure we had a thoroughly perfect experience. From the delicious, warm focaccia bread to the unique wine list to the delicious pastas (meatballs too). Delicious!!
