The open kitchen allows guests to observe the preparation of courses, while the choice “Chef’s Counter” features four exclusive seats where guests can interact with the chef throughout their meal. The food itself was close to perfectly done. The portions were a bit too small, or dinner was one course short. My large complaint is with the drinks. The pairing was of no value to the meal, and the cost of drinks was a bit of a joke. Service was too relaxed and inattentive.

Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-9 courses and range from $200-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

Unbelievable. This was hands down the best meal we have ever had here on Maui. We are long time residents (30plus years) and have tried most restaurants. For some reason we did not discover NyloS until now. Just WOW. We literally clapped after courses. After dining all over the world including many Michelin star restaurants-NyloS is a must if you are visiting or have a special occasion. We’ve already booked our next reservation and are excited to bring family, friends and clients for special dining experiences. How is this a hidden secret? We are telling everyone we know. Huge mahalo to chef Jeremy and his wife Paulina. Outstanding team 🤍

We had an outstanding time at Tempura Ichika! We were greeted warmly by the head chef and his team as walked into the door. The Omekase menu provided unique and tasty seafood paired with select flavorings. We were more than satisfied by the end of the meal. We would highly recommend this fine dining establishment.

We have 3 Omakase seatings daily... 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm or 7:30 pm. Any allergies will need to be noted prior to the reservation date, so a special menu can be prepared. (We cannot accommodate the guest with all shellfish allergy, vegetarian, Kosher, gluten intolerance, or if you do not like uni)

Diners must cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance or will be subject to $75 fee, or $100 if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours. If you do not show up, the fee will be full price of the course.
