Our pizza dough recipe follows such an ancient technique that is only used by a few today, mainly due to its time consuming nature
According to an old teaching it’s impossible to firm the knowledge of something that we don’t know, therefore training and continuously educating our colleagues is an important part of our daily routine…!

Great food and super professional staff. One of the best Italian restaurants in the city. If you want to have a nice dinner or any meal with your loved ones or even with colleagues just book a table. The garden in the summer is really cool.

Visited this restaurant while in Budapest with my girlfriend. I have travelled and eaten all over the world so believe me when I say this restaurant is superb; let me tell you why. First, great music, relaxing and at just the right volume, not too loud. Lighting in the restaurant is very relaxing. The staff, every one of them, were a real delight to deal with, polite, pleasant, helpful and they are a real credit to the owner and the nicest staff I experienced at any restaurant in Budapest. Bad staff can kill a restaurant, the staff here really make the experience feel good. The food, just truly delicious. Fantastic flavour, cooked beautifully and took the leftover chicken couscous home and ate it for breakfast the next morning. We will be back in September. Thank you for a great experience.

I am coming from a large and highly sophisticated family, but if I am honest I was always the black sheep around. Nothing serious - of course, I mean from my part. :P I am eager to swim against the flow and to do what others may not even dream or think of trying.
I love to travel, to get to know other cultures and people from all around the world. I love to eat…oh my God all those amazing flavors and colors of the world.
