The Pigeon Rossini or Bluefin Tuna Ponzu is still a staple on the menu but it is the €99 -Six course tasting menu that will demonstrate Pearl’s culinary legacy.

We are a small, award winning Wine Shop opening our Wine Bar Thursday-Saturday.
There are loads of iconic bottles, hidden gems and easy drinking wines from the ‘old world’ stacked on our shelves, with €10 corkage applied we welcome you to try any of those.
Alongside we offer a variety of plates designed to share, we recommend 2-3 plates per person.
There are two parts to our Wine Bar, the Front, which is open for walk-ins and the Back, suitable for a full dinner.
Come on in and let our staff guide you towards your next favourite Producer, Region or Grape Varietal!
