Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.

Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

There’s something truly magical about a Sunday lunch, especially when the day is chilly and the table is set with love. The smell of slow-roasted meat, tender and perfectly seasoned, fills the room, and you know you're in for a treat. Freshly baked bread, its golden crust crackling as you tear it apart, revealing the soft warmth within. Bowls of colourful, crisp vegetables brighten the table, with buttery roasted potatoes and tangy gravy ready to be drizzled over everything. It’s the kind of meal that feels like a hug – comforting, hearty, and satisfying. Positive vibes float in the air as family and friends gather around the table, glasses clinking in a toast to good company and great food. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They helped make sure allergies were catered to, and made changes to our dishes without raising issue. The food was some of the best Italian we've had, and the prices were great. We particularly loved Elena, who went out of her way to make our birthday celebrations special. Thank you San Marco's for an amazing evening. We'll definitely be coming again.

The Hop Vine formerly the ‘Royal Hotel’ was built in 1874 and was the main stopping off point for goods being transported to and from the old Turnpike road the A59. The Royal as it was known has served the community and travellers alike. To the rear of the building in our historic Cobbled Garden you will find our own brewery housed in the stables which were used for the horses and stage coaches as they passed through the village. From Ales to YPA’s, to Blonde beers we are a small producer using primary English hops brewing exclusively in house for The Hop Vine and our sister pub the Legh Arms.

Our countryside sister the Legh Arms is our latest addition to the family and is situated in the pretty hamlet of Mere Brow. Here we serve our trademark delicious home produced quality food and excellent home brewed ales. Your hosts Mike & Julie and their superb team bring a wealth of experience in the trade and have sourced the best in the local area to tempt you.

This restaurant is the best one I have been too and shame they are not open tonight or tomorrow as I would of gone back for both nights while in Blackpool, the food is amazing and the team make u all feel very welcome and are very friendly, can’t wait to return
