With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.

Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.

Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

Our sensational new restaurant offers the highest standards of Italian cuisine at “The Point” in Astley. With our comprehensive menu including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, we aim to please everyone with traditional favourites or classic food specially prepared by our Head Chef using local suppliers.

No expense has been spared offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a traditional table set up or booths for larger groups of diners. Using only freshly sourced Lancashire ingredients, including fresh seasonal vegetables, juicy steaks, fresh fish along with deliciously prepared vegetarian options, we have a menu to suit all tastes. Being right on the North Lancashire and South Cumbria border, the Longlands Inn is surrounded by farmers offering some great local specialties. Fell-bred and salt-marsh lamb, fabulous cheeses, freshly-caught fish, are then all expertly prepared and cooked by our brilliant resident chef Mark Swanton.

The inn offers several different areas to sit relax, eat and drink with cosy drinking areas, a mixtures of high and low seating and a private dining area. The open pass from the kitchen allows guests to see our kitchen in operation and all this leads to creating a lively buzz and great atmosphere.

Been here several times and its always brilliant, this time not as good, calzone crust was overdone to the point it wasnt nice to eat, filling was dry hardly any tomato in there which made it dense to eat, felt like it had been warmed up from being freshly made, only my opinion tho, the chicken and chorizo pie was quite tasteless and the garlic mash was dry. Maybe just a bad day, we will go back as its usually spot on .
