Este restaurante trabaja con The Natural Veg Men, un grupo de productores orgánicos ubicados a 24,1 km del del restaurante y cuyos productos tienen gran influencia en el menú. The menu features an inventive and daily-changing selection of vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and game plates, each dish is crafted from Field 28's daily harvest of pesticide and biocide-free heritage produce and specialist leaf, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and wines.

Lunch Offer : 3 Plates for £22, served at lunch Thursday-Saturday.
