You'll find a warm welcome, a great range of beers and well stocked bar plus all the fantastic food you have come to expect from Elite Bistros. Our toasty open fires are perfect to while away the hours with the newspapers or when the sun shines you can enjoy our terrace and beer garden.

Comme son nom l'indique, Moules À Go-Go est célèbre pour ses moules, fraîchement pêchées des rives du Anglesey, servies d'une multitude de façons allant de simples moules marinières aux moules à la coréenne. La vaste sélection de plats de fruits de mer va des poissons traditionnels panés au délicieux loup de mer qui est impressionnant, sans oublier l'attrayant steak d'origine locale. Après 17 ans de succès dans les affaires malgré une rude concurrence, ce restaurant est encore fort, bénéficiant d'une excellente cuisine et d'une bonne ambiance dans un cadre contemporain et confortable. Le chef et le gérant sont là depuis la création de l'endroit. Ils reconnaissent tous deux qu'une telle longévité est une bénédiction qui arrive rarement dans le monde tumultueux et fumant des cuisines. Quant à leur leur dévouement, il montre aussi la cohérence entre la qualité de la nourriture et le service. Moules À Go-Go est une vraie trouvaille au cœur de l'histoire de Chester.

AA 2 Rosette restaurant. The Forge Restaurant in Chester is one of Chester’s best restaurants with delicious food and unrivalled service. With a passion for wild, sustainable British ingredients, and a love of simple cooking over fire and charcoal. The Forge has its kitchen front and centre in the middle of this lovely, and elegant space. Incredible dry-aged beef and wild venison will be found in the maturation cabinets, awaiting their turn on the amazing forge grill, to be lovingly grilled and roasted over beech logs. Head chef Dan Regan, a passionate chef, heads up the young, vibrant team in the kitchen. Combining amazing, wild, sustainable ingredients from land and sea into sumptuous creations that form really memorable eating experiences. We focus on British ingredients, as local to Chester. Our venison, always a hugely popular part of our menus, is harvested from herds on estates that focus on improving biodiversity and deer health – a process we call Farming the Wild.

A new, growing-led “British Tapas” restaurant from the teams behind Chef's Table and Growing @Field 28. The menu features an inventive and daily-changing selection of vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and game plates, each dish is crafted from Field 28's daily harvest of pesticide and biocide-free heritage produce and specialist leaf, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and wines.
