Another wonderful evening @ Baserri. We enjoyed rice with mussels, prawns and scallops , anchovies, spinach, goats cheese and honey croquettes to start , followed by blue fin tuna with aubergine and tomatoes , and duck with beetroot, carrot and figs , all divine. Baserri really is a neighbourhood gem with incredibly talented kitchen & front of house teams. Russell & Bea as always so welcoming x

Nestled in the picturesque village of Lowonsford, on the banks of the Stratford Canal, between winding country roads that used to be part of the Forest of Arden, The Fleur De Lys is the very best kind of country pub. Packed full of quaint charm and quirky corners beneath its C16th wooden beams, The Fleur is a cosy haven in the winter and an extensive paradise in the summer. There are so many tiny wonders packed into this historic building that you will always find something new to fall in love with when you visit. The Rose Inn is located in the beautiful rural area of North Warwickshire in the village of Baxterley with stunning views over Leicestershire, Birmingham and on

The Rose sits opposite the site of the old Baddesley colliery, behind the village green and duck pond with an orchard and large relaxing area overlooking the pond.

Originally believed to be a 'Gentleman's residence', the building dates back to the 18th century and has served as a courthouse, jail, mortuary and for more than a hundred years as a public house.

We went here before going out, so it was quiet, the service was brilliant. Very professional and very clear of the drink deals and the menu. The food was quick coming out and was delicious. Nice and modern inside too.. We definitely will be back.

Located just a few miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, it offers the perfect country retreat and is an ideal base from which to explore Shakespeare’s haunts as well as the rolling hills and river valleys of the Cotswolds.

Steeped in history, the building once housed the local blacksmith and in the 18th Century became a popular Coaching Inn. It remains Armscote’s only pub and, saved and sensitively refurbished in 2013 by the family behind Baylis & Harding, it retains many distinctive character features. Beautiful exposed beams, flagstone floors and magnificent fireplaces give that rustic feel with clever and contemporary touches, lending this remarkable building a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere, which can’t fail to charm. We welcome children and four-legged friends and our pub garden is ideal for families to enjoy leisurely lunches, drinks or snacks whilst the beautifully landscaped courtyard garden offers a sophisticated area to drink or dine.
