Chose Chicago Prime Steakhouse for a family gathering. The entire experience was fantastic! Great atmosphere, attentive and knowledgeable staff, and terrific food! This is our 'go-to' place if we are looking for a great meal.

We were asked not asked, we were TOLD to Leave, but in a very rude way. We had just finished and payed, but we were talking, and the owner/??? Came over and TOLD us to leave… Too bad, we like to support our neighborhood businesses.

Just like the old days downtown on state st. Great shrimp cocktails and steaks prepared perfectly. There are so many steakhouses, People forget how good Morton’s is. No more expensive than other places. Great time, but the restaurant is downstairs and if you need an elevator use the entrance east of the front door.

They have a nice selection of wine, small plates and other items. We started with the Petite Syrah wine by the glass which was very good! For food we started with the Gouda gnocchi-very good but quite rich, and then split the short rib sandwich-delicious! Hope to be back again!

The food was great but our waitress, Heather, she took it up a notch. My husband is a vegetarian, we ordered a charcuterie app for the table. Heather thoughtfully brought the meats in a separate plate and the breads, cheeses and condiments in another. That was incredibly thoughtful of her, we did not even ask, she did it on her own. That kind of service is what makes a great evening extraordinary. Thank you!
