Our server, Willie was outstanding. Our food arrived a little cold and he had new plates made up and offered us a complimentary dessert. He was extremely attentive. Food was great, as usual and a wonderful deal at buy one, get one.

Poor waiter was bartending and waiting on tables. I really felt bad for him. He provided excellent service until the end when I am sure he couldn’t keep up with the work demand

All our food was great. We had the shrimp chowder which I thought was outstanding! I had the crab roll and my hubby had the filet sandwich. Both were exceptional. Service was speedy, friendly, and engaging. The menu was large enough it was hard to decide, but definitely something for everyone.

We’ve never been to this place or anything like it. It was great! The robots are fun. You should have a “cute” way to tip them like an oil can or something. Since we had never been, a more thorough explanation of what to do and how to do it would have made it better. Also, since you have crab legs AND pancakes & waffles, you should have butter available. We will be back

Our waitress and the lady and gentleman working the human claw game were fantastic (I wish I knew their names). The food we had tasted great and came out so quick-we couldn't believe it! All of the games worked. The facility was clean and not overly crowded. We have been to other locations and this was our favorite. We definitely will be back.

I took my 11 year old daughter here yesterday at 7 for her graduating 5th grade and we had the BEST service ever. I was truly surprised and both of our waiters who were together were the sweetest and made me and her night special and we would deff return. I just wanted to make sure I made it known that these two were the BEST!!!!!! And I didnt remember their names I'm sorry!
