We accept limited reservations during Ice District event days (games and concerts). If you are not able to secure a reservation on Open Table, we do have plenty of availability for walk-ins; we would encourage you to arrive a minimum of 2 hours prior to the event start time in order to avoid lengthy wait times.

We believe in providing a mix of essential food classics and contemporary staples to create the perfect Canadian menu to be enjoyed alongside our beer. We have taken on the responsibility of localizing the beer experience by making authentic, fresh craft products that establish a new, truly Canadian beer culture.

We are an ultra, pink mid century inspired cocktail bar and restaurant. Dolly’s is a fun, playful and inclusive space to celebrate, connect and catch up. Our menu is Peruvian in its roots and fused with North American and southern flare. Our cocktail menu is tropically inspired, and is agave, pisco and cachaca forward, balanced and innovative.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and decided to try Dolly's. It was a fun experience. The food was great and the service was excellent. We loved the music and the ambience as well. We will definitely return!

The food was fine. It was as described on the menu but mine was quite salty. I liked the ambiance and will go back and try the dinner menu. The service was good. I was meeting a friend for a catch-up visit and the server was exactly as attentive as we needed them to be.

I had the MKT burger, and it’s one of the best I’ve had. Dragon’s breath mojitos- top notch! I’m hearing impaired so the noise level was not the best but managed. I’m sure we’ll be back for another burger!

I absolutely love this place. Came for the first time to celebrate my finishing college. Everyone was so nice. The atmosphere and customer service is top notch from the moment we walked in. The food is phenomenal and so delicious and drinks are so good as well. I highly recommend trying out this place it's one of a kind and definitely going to be a spot you won't want to miss out on. The front of house manager Laura was so sweet and immediately catered to us. The bartender Daniel is awesome, too, and our server Michelle was so great. They all kept checking on us to see how the food and drimks were and ensured our experience here was great. by far the best customer service I've ever experienced in the city at an establishment.
