La Osteria di Russo & Russo es propiedad del padre e hijo Pino y Marc Russo, apoyados en la cocina y el salón por un dedicado equipo de "italianos honoríficos", muchos de los cuales trabajaron juntos anteriormente en el Bridge Room del distrito financiero de Sídney.
