父と息子のピノとマルク・ルッソが経営するOsteria di Russo & Russoは、キッチンと店内をシドニーの中央ビジネス地区（CBD）にあるBridge Roomでかつて共に勤務していた「名誉イタリア人」の専門チームにより支えられています。クラッシクなイタリア料理の風味のコンビネーションを特徴としていますが、ヘッドシェフのJason Saxbyはめったに輸入食材を使用せず、また伝統的なレシピではなく、旬やモダンな調理技術により多くを得ています。ワインリストにはピエモンテとトスカーナからのクラシックを取り揃えながら、地元産のネッビオーロとトレッビアーノの見事なワインを用意しています。レストランは1970年代のイタリアのクラシックなトラットリアスタイルながらも、料理には複雑に入り組んだシェアプレート、バーダイニングを提供しています。また、店内にアンドレア・ボチェッリは流れていません。
