I had a wonderful experience at Bazil on December6th 2024! Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. Having dined at several Indian restaurants, I must say this is certainly among my favorites. I look forward to returning!

I was dining with fellow “foodies” and world travellers and we all enjoyed every aspect of our meal from appetizer through mains through beverages all coupled with stellar service, comfortable atmosphere, and, given the crowded dining area, reasonable noise level (I’m a bit hard of hearing yet I almost always could hear and understand what was being said by my dining companions.)

The food and service were outstanding. In my opinion, the best vegetarian food in the Triangle. At 5:30 pm the place was packed. Noise level is a bit challenging for older diners - it wasn’t easy to hear conversation. Parking on street was already full; we had to park in a very dark lot and walk up the steep street to the restaurant. But the effort to get to Irregardless is totally worth it!

We noticed inconsistency in the service, depending upon one’s server. For example our table’s soups were not delivered to our table sitting on a plate, whilst other soup orders at other tables were served with the bowl sitting on a plate. We had requested fresh/hot from the wok teriyaki chicken as one order, but it was served at a tepid temperature. The other food item served, orange chicken was served hot, perhaps indicating the teriyaki had sat, waiting to be delivered until the other order was ready
