First, Maria and the entire team were fantastic and the view for a sunset dinner is tough to beat. Everything we had was delicious and perfectly prepared, especially the Branzino for two. It’s the best Branzino I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. Don’t miss the rum Negroni or the wahoo ceviche too. Cheers!

The staff were so friendly - they obviously take great pride in their restaurant! Our son/wife and toddler granddaughter are all vegan & there were so many choices for them! The ambiance - quiet oceanside sunset - was breathtaking yet informal. Highly recommend!!

The menu is creative and the food taste great. We enjoy sharing their small plates. Kelvin was informative, fun and attentive. The wine offerings are particularly good, as was the advice to try an Italian white wine to accompany our food. We only visit Grand Cayman once a year, but always include Bacaro for our first night.

Great atmosphere! Beautiful space! Went for Saturday night drinks after dinner elsewhere. Had a reservation and hostess seemed a bit flustered when we arrived. Server was very nice but it took a while to get our drink order in and for drinks to arrive. Maybe we hit it on an off night! Would love to try it again!
