Our house specialties include Carnitas, Fish Tacos, Carne Asada, Street Tacos, Pozole, a daily variety of fresh seafood, and the highest quality meats available. Another fantastic dinner at Fireside Dining! Charles and the rest of the staff took excellent care of us. We look forward to visiting 2-3 times per winter season. It’s our favorite restaurant in Park City!

Wonderful service and food. Chicken and biscuits was extraordinary and Jake salad delicious. Turkey avocado sandwich had terrific sourdough bread. Desserts were amazing! Especially the bread pudding topped with ice cream. Delightful night in their outdoor setting.

As with every one of our Bill White restaurants (Grappa, Chimayo, Wahso, Windy Ridge, Ghidotti’s, Billy Blanco's), Sushi Blue is, first and foremost, eye candy. In the main dining room, there is elevated tatami seating for the adventurous, along with regular tables in the main dining area. To the rear of the restaurant is a lounge/bar area and sushi bar.

The eclectic, pan-Asian menu runs the gamut from sushi and sashimi to Korean street tacos, Thai beef salad, bánh mi sandwiches, American burgers. If you’re eating sushi, be sure to ask about our nightly specials!

Love this restaurant and always enjoy it. The curry ramen is wonderful and the Banh mi sandwich is always a favorite as well. great sushi as well.

First time since name / change. Wasn't bad at all we had brunch and everything was good and to order. Sebastian did great job taking care of us all and even taking time to Wish the dads a Happy fathers Day. Will be back next time we come up to PC
