Another fantastic dinner at Fireside Dining! Charles and the rest of the staff took excellent care of us. We look forward to visiting 2-3 times per winter season. It’s our favorite restaurant in Park City!

Abby, our server, was terrific, best we have had - the others have been good also, but she was great !!! Wish they started the Smores at 6pm on Saturday's and for all not just the hotel guests, especially us older people. Love coming up there in the summer from Salt Lake as it has great ambiance.....

In the main dining room, there is elevated tatami seating for the adventurous, along with regular tables in the main dining area. To the rear of the restaurant is a lounge/bar area and sushi bar.

The eclectic, pan-Asian menu runs the gamut from sushi and sashimi to Korean street tacos, Thai beef salad, bánh mi sandwiches, American burgers. If you’re eating sushi, be sure to ask about our nightly specials!

The rolls are solid and have fun names (typically after celebs). But the standouts are the daily specials for fresh fish. It is a bit pricey (especially if going with a group + drinks) but one of the better spots in Park City.
