Fireside Dining features four courses served from stone fireplaces in the mountains of Deer Valley. Another fantastic dinner at Fireside Dining! Charles and the rest of the staff took excellent care of us. We look forward to visiting 2-3 times per winter season. It’s our favorite restaurant in Park City!

As with every one of our Bill White restaurants (Grappa, Chimayo, Wahso, Windy Ridge, Ghidotti’s, Billy Blanco's), Sushi Blue is, first and foremost, eye candy. In the main dining room, there is elevated tatami seating for the adventurous, along with regular tables in the main dining area. To the rear of the restaurant is a lounge/bar area and sushi bar.

Love this restaurant and always enjoy it. The curry ramen is wonderful and the Banh mi sandwich is always a favorite as well. great sushi as well.

For the effort it took to get a reservation, I was not overly impressed. Could not book a reservation between 5:30-8 for months, after calling several times and not being able to get through to a person. With that said, it was a burger and fries. Beautiful restaurant, service was good, however the place was empty. Milkshakes looked amazing, did not try one. I would go back for a casual easy dinner and only if we can actually get a reservation at a decent time.

We came here to watch some March madness. The cauliflower Elliott taste, chips and salsa, guacamole, and Dave & Buster’s burger with bacon, all delicious. Also the brownie dessert was phenomenal.

The Service was awesome, they weren't too busy which made the whole experience better. The food has gotten better since last time we came here. they seemed to be really focused on us and it made our experience better. We came with my dad who has a medical condition which makes his odor unbearable for most situations and they didn't bat an eye at it. we kept apologizing but my dad didn't seem to notice. this was a really good experience for my family because of this. I think we won't wait so long to come back as the experience was better than expected.
