El Tiburón Fine Dining se ha ido convirtiendo en uno de los mejores restaurantes de Utah. El restaurante Tiburón se encuentra al sur del valle de Salt Lake en un modesto edificio que antiguamente albergaba un puesto de frutas. Sin embargo, los visitantes no se deben dejar engañar, ya que el restaurante Tiburón ofrece una galardonada gastronomía con platillos tales como el lomo de res braseado a la sartén con foie gras y jarabe de Madeira, o el atún aleta amarilla en costra de sésamo Negro con zanahorias marinadas en miel y soya. Los pasteles de cangrejo son sin duda los mejores del estado y las ensaladas son muy elogiadas por los visitantes locales. No solo la gastronomía es buena, sino que además el servicio es siempre de primera categoría. El restaurante está dirigido por quienes han sido sus dueños desde su apertura en 1999, y los clientes siempre se sienten atraídos por su ambiente cálido y agradable. Durante el verano se puede comer en el patio. Tiburón es el lugar preferido para cenar en el South Valley.

Osteria Amore came to life because we believe in the power of food to change your day, or in our case, change your life.

Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. For the past three years, Ed has been managing an Italian restaurant while also maintaining a career in tech and finally made the life-changing decision to open his own restaurant.

That big decision was made possible for Ed when he met Marco Cuttaia, Osteria Amore’s executive chef and partner. Ed’s training in Bologna, considered the food capital of Italy, and Marco’s upbringing in Palermo, known for its incredible street food, bridge northern and southern Italian culinary tradition in a way that’s never been done in Salt Lake City.

SLC's most glamorous, sexy and taste bud tantalizing restaurant has elevated their experience. Tear drop chandeliers, off-white banquettes, a mixture of velvet and sherpa chairs in the lounge and bar area create an ultra hip vibe for those who like to sit in the buzz !! For those who'd rather have a more quiet and romantic experience, the upstairs offers a more tranquil setting while overlooking the vibrance below. The other dining rooms offer either fireplace ambiance or Mt Olympus views! Our private rooms host up to 10, 20, 24 and 58 guests respectively. Our privately enclosed backyard patio overlooks Mt Olympus and features fire-pit seating!

Chef Matt's flavorful, hearty cuisine is as beautiful to look at as it is to savor! Local favorites include Chanterelle Mushroom Soup, Toast Smögen and Crispy Fried Chicken!

Due to the more formal and intimate nature of the ambiance, we welcome children 4 and over. NO INFANTS.
