Renowned British filmmaker Guy Ritchie partners with The Lodge at Blue Sky to open a second installation of his outpost restaurant, WildKitchen, which is featured in the Netflix hit series The Gentlemen. Perched atop a scenic peak with sweeping views of the Wasatch Mountain Range and Rockport Reservoir, this epicurean experience redefines the notion of a “bush kitchen.” Guests will experience a nightly set menu that is earthy yet elevated, where Chef and guests interact through cuisine inspired by the bounties of Gracie's Farm and locally sourced proteins. Savor the bold flavors of open fire cooking, where each course is touched by smoke and flame. The menu will be delightfully complemented by flights of Guy Ritchie's beer, Gritchie Brew, along with featured wine pairings and signature cocktails.

Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. But don't be fooled, Tiburon serves award-winning contemporary American cuisine ranging from pan-seared Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras and Madiera syrup to Black Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna with Honey and Soy Marinated Carrots. The Crab Cakes consistently win best in the state and the salads are raved about by the locals. But it does not end with the food, service is always top-notch. Led by a staff that has been with owners since its opening in 1999, guests always feel welcomed in the warm and friendly atmosphere. And in the Summer with it's patio dining. Tiburon is the place to dine in the South Valley.

We had a lovely birthday dinner for my friend Saturday and it was fabulous as usual. Wonderful food wonderful service, going there lets us down❤️‼️ The Bolognese was wonderful also the chicken Parmesan and the desserts were out of this world. Thank you Pigs Ear🌺

Do your research before booking as this is a shared plate experience/type of dining. The drinks were outstanding: prickly pear margarita is worth a second. The grilled Caesar and the foraged mushroom toast were superb. Check the menu before they go as they likely change items with the season. Service was terrific and everyone working there seems genuinely happy to be there! We were treated like regulars even though it was our first time. Generous portions for shared plates. We over ordered (also had the ribs and chicken) but took some home for lunch next day. Strawberry sherbet had to be homemade it was so good. Excellent espresso. What a gem in Kanab!

Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. We are currently open for daily Dinner service. We have a $50 per bottle corkage fee and guests are permitted to bring a maximum of two bottles per party. All seating requests are noted, but not guaranteed.
